PhoneStat is a call accounting system, which keeps track of all incoming and outgoing calls by extension, date, time and phone number. This system is utilized in several industries from monitoring phone usage to tracking sales and marketing efforts by different regions.
It is also used in Hotel/Motel environment to keep track of customer calls, in call center environment to keep track of agents performance, in help desk environment to gauge the time utilization by the support staff.
The system runs on Windows 98/2000/XP environment and collects real-time phone usage from the PBX. All of the incoming data is stored in a ODBC compliance database, along with calculated cost information for each call. It provides an extensive set of reports for you to look at the data in several different ways, including by date, time, employee, phone numbers, clients, departments, length of calls. Summary reports are generated for management use providing an over view of the activities.
